Rauf’s professional background includes a successful track record in sales, management & marketing positions in global Pharmaceutical/Life Science companies spanning over 25 plus years. Commercial roles include: Vice President Europe, Commercial Director, Global Head of Sales & Marketing, National Commercial Manager, etc.

In Management Consultancy Rauf has over 10 years experience in Strategy/Leadership, Operations, Sales Effectiveness, Change/Business Transformation, Training / Coaching, B2B & B2C Marketing, Project Management and Events Management. He has designed and delivered commercial Training & Coaching programmes to many global organisations in both private and public sectors.

He has also experience of business start-ups so understands fully the pressures and challenges of setting up a business and Entrepreneurship. He brings his wide commercial experiences and real passion for developing people into all projects.

Relevant Experiences

  • Over 30 years experience in global corporations in senior level commercial roles.
  • Wide exposure in different industries and sectors, which means a comprehensive appreciation of roles, organisations, functions, and Job Specs and Person Specs.
  • Hiring Manager experience of over 20 years in senior management roles- from Graduates to Board level recruitment, and many in between.
  • Experienced in CV screening, conducting 1-2-1 interviews, Assessment Panels and Assessment Centres. An “eagle eye” for detail and what works and fits best.
  • Trained by global HR/Recruitment firms & Psychometric/Competency testing organisations , e.g. SHL, DDFI, Thomas International, OPQ, etc.
  • Experienced in designing and delivering high impact Training and Coaching courses.
